De-mercurisation after thermometer breakage
In Zhytomyr, rescuers conducted de-mercurisation of an apartment after a mercury thermometer was broken. Residents called the State Emergency Service, which arrived in protective suits and collected the mercury, emphasising that one should not attempt to clean up mercury independently. Additionally, a case of a broken mercury thermometer was also reported in Lviv.
