A resident of Kupiansk was given a notice of suspicion in absentia for collaborating with the occupying administration. The man worked in the statistics department of the so-called 'civil administration' during the city’s occupation in 2022. The Security Service of Ukraine also reported suspicion against another collaborator who called for cooperation with the occupiers.
