Storyline
Electricity production at the Kozloduy Nuclear Power Plant in Bulgaria has been reduced due to low water levels in the Danube River. In response to extreme weather conditions, one of the plant's reactors is operating at reduced capacity. Plans have been announced to construct a 300-metre dam around the plant to address the issue.
