Colonel Roman Palamar was posthumously awarded the title of Hero of Ukraine for his bravery during the evacuation of wounded soldiers. A border guard from Khmelnytskyi was also posthumously awarded the title. Both recognitions highlight their contributions to the defence of Ukraine’s sovereignty.
